Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. Announces February Dividend and Timing of Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (the "Company") (TSX: PZA) today announced that its financial results for the fourth quarter and year-ended December 31, 2014 will be issued after the close of market on March 2, 2015.
The Company invites analysts and portfolio managers to participate in a conference call with Paul Goddard, Chief Executive Officer and Curt Feltner, Chief Financial Officer. The call will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Shareholders and media are also invited to listen to the call.
The Company also announced a cash dividend of $0.0667 per share for February 2015. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015, and will be paid on March 13, 2015.
