PrairieSky Royalty Announces Executive Retirement
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/24/15 -- PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. ("PrairieSky" or the "Company") (TSX: PSK) announces that L. Geoffrey Barlow, Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer is retiring from the Company.
James Estey, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PrairieSky, stated, "On behalf of the Board and the entire Company I would like to recognize and thank Geoff for his many contributions to PrairieSky. Under Geoff's stewardship PrairieSky has achieved several milestones and established a strong accounting and finance department focused on successfully executing our business plan. PrairieSky has retained a leading executive recruiting firm and is undertaking a review of potential candidates to assume the role of CFO following Mr. Barlow's retirement.
