In view of our early rotation of the auditor, after a meticulous selection
procedure we chose Grant Thornton in early November 2014. Such a transition
inevitably involves a start-up period and leads to extra work. As a result, we
have not been able to sort out a number of key issues in a timely manner, so
that the audit has not yet been completed.
We have therefore decided to postpone the publication of the 2014 annual figures
to 12 March 2015. On 12 March, the annual report for 2014 will also be
published.
The scheduled conference call for press, analysts and interested parties will
still take place on 26 February, starting at 8:30am CET.
