Duncastle Announces Name Change to Group Ten Metals Inc.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/25/15 -- Duncastle Gold Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DUN) announces that it has changed its name to "Group Ten Metals Inc." pursuant to a resolution passed by directors on February 11, 2015. Effective February 26, 2015, the Company's shares will commence trading under the new name on the TSX Venture Exchange with new symbol "PGE". There is no consolidation of capital.
