SM InnoTech receives new order for the manufacturing of Stack-Laminators
(firmenpresse) - 02/26/2015; the SM InnoTech GmbH & Co KG, manufacturer of vacuum laminators for the solar and glass industry based in Bocholt (Germany) is pleased to announce obtaining an order for the manufacturing of 3 double stack-laminators type incapcell 2x62-24.
The order was placed by a leading manufacturer of thin film solar modules based in California (USA). The machines have a total useable space of 6.2 x 2.4 m per floor, making us the largest ever produced laminators for the solar industry. "Thanks to the patented, advanced so-called „inverse" technology with heating from the top, our laminators are just for flexible modules as it will be produced by our customer on these investments, particularly suitable," says Hans-Gerd Stevens, managing director and shareholder of SM InnoTech.
The laminators will be installed at the production site in China. The production capacity of the plant is approximately 300MW. The machines are to be delivered in the second half of 2015; production start is scheduled in early 2016.
