Tanager Energy Inc. Announces Issuance of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/26/15 -- Tanager Energy Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TAN) announces the granting of 685,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.05 to directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. These options will vest according to the Company stock option plan and will expire on February 28, 2018.
This option grant is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Tanager Energy Inc. is a Lethbridge, Alberta based corporation engaged in the exploration for oil and gas and minerals. The Corporation's common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "TAN".
