Silver Spruce Resources Reports Management Changes
(firmenpresse) - BRIDGEWATER, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/26/15 -- Silver Spruce Resources ("Silver Spruce or the Company") (TSX VENTURE: SSE) announces that Peter Dimmell, P.Geo. of St. John's, NL. has resigned as President/CEO and a director of the Company. We also wish to announce that Ted Urquhart of Santiago, Chile, has resigned as a Director.
Mr Stephan Jedynak, of Halifax, NS. has been appointed a director and President/CEO of the Company. Mr. Jedynak, a General Counsel, has been called before the legal bars of New Zealand and Nova Scotia and has over 15 years of corporate experience, compiling a track record of regulatory compliance, by creating, implementing and managing regulatory compliance regimes for a top 100 company. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University and the University of Auckland. We welcome Mr. Jedynak to the Company.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Dimmell and Mr. Urquhart for their long and dedicated service and wish them well in their future ventures. Mr. Dimmell will remain as a mineral exploration consultant to the Company as required.
