Endurance's Board of Directors Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.35 per Ordinary Share

PEMBROKE, Bermuda - February 26, 2015 - Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd.
(NYSE:ENH), a Bermuda-based provider of property and casualty insurance and
reinsurance, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly
dividend of $0.35 per share payable on its ordinary shares. The dividend on
Endurance's outstanding ordinary shares will be payable on March 31, 2015 to the
ordinary shareholders of record on March 17, 2015.
