(firmenpresse) - KING OF PRUSSIA, PA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/25/11 -- American Atlantic Company (Company) (PINKSHEETS: AMRL) announced today the completion of a reverse merger with AA Merger Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Weeks Marine, Inc. (Weeks), as a result of which the Company became the wholly owned subsidiary of Weeks. Shareholders entitled to a cash payment in exchange for their shares of the Company will be separately notified by the Company's paying agent. Following the merger, the stock of the Company will no longer be traded on Pink Sheets.
