Hertz is opening its 2000th Hertz Local Edition off airport rental location in downtown Philadelphia. To celebrate, Hertz will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and will be giving away money saving coupons to the first 40 people who stop by the facility at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2011.
