Ericsson selected as managed services partner for Orange operations in five European countries

Belgium, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain
* Five-year contract includes network operation, network performance and
optimization, network expansion, field services, and spare parts management

Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) has been selected by Orange as the reference provider of
managed services. The scope of the contract covers five countries - Spain,
Belgium, Romania, Slovakia and Moldova, supporting more than 30 million
customers.

Under the five-year agreement, Ericsson provides a fully managed end-to-end
operations service that includes network operations, performance, optimization,
expansion and  field support, and maintenance, as well as a spare parts
management service for Orange's fixed-line access, 2G, 3G, and 4G access.

Ericsson's customer-centric operational model enables Orange to offer enhanced
and sustainable service quality for its subscribers in Europe.
