In connection with the closing of the financial statements for 2014, BW Offshore
has restated debt of USD 65.9 million compared to the preliminary results for
2014 presented on 16 February 2015. This has resulted in an increase of equity
from USD 1,132.2 million to USD 1,198.1 million as of 31.12.14. Correspondingly,
the equity ratio at year-end increased from 30.9% to 32.7%.
