separate publications:
* the Annual Report 2014 including the Report of the Board of Directors, the
Ageas Consolidated Financial Statements and the Summarised ageas SA/NV
Company Financial Statements;
* the 2014 Embedded Value Report including the independent auditor's report;
* the Business Report 2014 providing an overview of Ageas's businesses around
the world, a snapshot of its accomplishments in 2014, alongside of the

The 2014 annual results were published on 12 February 2015. Publication of the
first quarter 2014 results is scheduled for 8 May 2015.
