Worldwide Diversified to List on Frankfurt Exchange
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 03/06/15 -- Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: WNTR) announced today that it intends to list its common shares on the Frankfurt Exchange in the second quarter of 2015.
The listing on a Major European Exchange like the Frankfurt will provide the Company with additional exposure in foreign markets and broaden the Company's access to worldwide markets as well as its shareholder base. The initiative to list our shares on the Frankfurt Exchange will expedite institutional and private investment interest in the Company in International markets.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange, known as the Frankfurter Wertpapierenboerse (FWB), is one of the world's largest trading centers for securities. Operated by the Deutsche Boerse AG, FWB is the largest of the eight Germany stock exchanges. The Deutsche Boerse's products and services portfolio cover the entire process chain including securities and derivatives trading, transaction settlement, the provision of market information, as well as the development and operation of electronic trading systems ().
The company has previously announced a stock buyback that will provide for a decrease in the shares outstanding and an increase in the stock price with its dual listing on to the Frankfurt.
