Neste Oil issues EUR 500 million bond
Neste Oil Corporation issues a EUR 500 million bond. The 7-year bond carries a
coupon of 2.125%.
The bond offering was clearly oversubscribed and the bonds were allocated to
approximately 150 investors. Neste Oil Oyj will apply for the listing of the
bonds on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.
The proceeds of the offering will be used for refinancing and general corporate
purposes. Barclays Bank PLC, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank,
Danske Bank A/S and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International plc acted as joint
bookrunners for the transaction.
