(TSX VENTURE: RRS) ("Rogue" or the "Company") wishes to confirm that management is not aware of any corporate development of the Company or its operations that would cause the recent increase in market activity with respect to the trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company continues to advance its Langmuir Nickel Project and Radio Hill Iron Ore Project located near Timmins, Ontario, and its Lac de la Grosse Femelle Silica Project located northeast of Quebec City, Quebec.
