Oriola-KD's co-operation negotiations in Finland completed

Oriola-KD announced on January 20, 2015 its plans to begin co-operation
negotiations in Finland on January 28, 2015. The co-operation negotiations were
completed on March 11, 2015. As a result, Oriola-KD will reduce its workforce by
a maximum of 60 positions.  Oriola-KD will provide support for those affected by
the restructuring.


The estimated annual cost savings will be approximately EUR 2 million of which
EUR 1.3-1.5 million are estimated to realise in 2015. The related non-recurring
costs are estimated to be approximately EUR 1.3 million.
