Statkraft AS: Successful issue of Eurobond

Statkraft AS has today successfully issued a EUR 500 million bond with a
maturity of 15 years. The issuance was made under the company's existing EMTN
programme.

Maturity date: 26 March 2030
Coupon: 1.5%
Listing: London
The proceeds from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
The issuance gathered good demand with the order book well oversubscribed.
Barclays, Goldman Sachs International, SEB and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc
acted as joint bookrunners for this transaction.
