Teams ready to build iconic or iCANic structures

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/17/15 -- Which iCANic structures will be created on Thursday as part of the 10th annual Calgary Canstruction® in support of the Calgary Food Bank. Pyramids? Towers? That Big Blue Hoop? Come and check out what "i-CANic" means to the 10 teams participating this year.

Canstruction® Calgary is a competition using canned food and other non-perishable items as building blocks. Teams create structures, which are judged locally and exhibited internationally and then de-canstructed, with all food going to the . In its nine years, has used then donated over 300,000 pounds of food. This year's structures will be on display at Southcentre Mall until March 26.
