At its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on February 27, 2015, shareholders approved the proposed slate of directors, which included Will Felderhof, Mark Billings, Jacques Levesque, Marcel Faucher, Claude Poulin and David Felderhof.
All the other motions presented at this Meeting were approved, as presented:
