(OTCQB: CRCO) announced today that it has submitted an offer to acquire the feature film library of AIM Group LLC ("AIM"). The library consists of 1,000 feature length movie titles currently being licensed in all media formats. The offer is subject to due diligence, including both distribution and derivative production rights. The AIM library will be subject to all copyright/IP/physical items evaluation within the due diligence period.
