Blue Vista Technologies Inc. Announces Re-Filing of Interim Financial Statements

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/11 -- Blue Vista Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BV.H) (the "Company") announces that it has refilled its interim financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011 (the "Financial Statements") along with the Certification of Refiled Interim Filings (Form-109F2R) for the corresponding reporting period.

The Financial Statements were refiled to correct failing to include, on the face of the interim financial statements, the opening statement of financial position as at the date of transition to IFRS, January 1, 2010, as required by subsection 4.3(2)(e) of NI 51-102 and also failing to disclose that the auditor has not performed a review of the Company's Interim Financial Report.

The Financial Statements replace and supersede the previously filed interim financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011. The Financial Statements have been filed with applicable Canadian securities regulators and can be viewed on SEDAR at .
