("Zoo" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: ZOOG) common stock from May 17, 2010 through April 15, 2011 (the "Class Period").

The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, defendants issued materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's finances. As a result of these misrepresentations, Zoo stock traded at artificially high prices. On April 15, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that there were "errors in recording certain transactions in the company's unaudited consolidated financial statements for each of the months ended March 31, 2010, the three and six months ended June 30, 2010 and the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010." As a result, the Company warned that investors should not longer rely on those financial statements. Upon the announcement of this news, the price of Zoo stock plummeted more than 34 percent.
