Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Announces the Closing of Its First European Fund Investment With the Acquisition of CJ Fallon Limited
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/24/15 -- Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP"), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced today that it has partnered with management to complete the acquisition of CJ Fallon Limited ("CJ Fallon" or the "Company"). Based in Dublin, Ireland, CJ Fallon represents LLCP's first investment from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe, L.P., a EUR 100 million private equity fund dedicated to investing in Europe.
CJ Fallon is a leading provider of educational content in both print and digital formats to primary and secondary schools throughout Ireland. Founded in 1927, the Company has a strong reputation for high quality content with over 900 titles across 20 different subject areas, as well as proprietary Math and English benchmarking assessments. CJ Fallon's reputation for quality content is driven by an experienced editorial staff and longstanding relationships with leading authors across various subject areas.
