China Minerals Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/11 -- China Minerals Mining Corporation ("China Minerals" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CMV)(PINK SHEETS: HWTHF) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors and officers of the Company to purchase up to 2,100,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to an approved share option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.12 per Share, have a term of five years and are subject to vesting restrictions over a period of eighteen months from the date of grant. The grant of options is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
