The Nomination Committee proposes Lars O Grönstedt as new Chairman of East Capital Explorer

The Nomination Committee for East Capital Explorer has resolved to propose to
the Annual General Meeting 2015 that the Board comprise six members and to
propose the re-election of Peter Elam Håkansson, Lars O Grönstedt, Liselotte
Hjorth and Alexander Ikonnikov and the election of Mikael Nachemson and Jenny
Rosberg. The current Chairman Paul Bergqvist and Louise Hedberg have declined
re-election. The Nomination Committee proposes Lars O Grönstedt, Board Member
since 2012, as new Chairman of the Board of East Capital Explorer and Mikael
Nachemson as its Vice Chairman.

consumer markets and Eastern Europe, made a much appreciated contribution to the
company and its shareholders during his years as Chairman since the listing of
East Capital Explorer in 2007. I would also like to thank Louise Hedberg for her
contribution to the Board, not least when it comes to ESG and corporate
governance issues", said Committee Chairman Peter Elam Håkansson.
The Nomination Committee motivates the proposed election of Lars O Grönstedt as
Chairman by primarily his extensive experience from the financial markets, his
strong integrity and good knowledge of the Company. Furthermore, the Nomination
Committee considers that the proposed new elections of Mikael Nachemson and
Jenny Rosberg add valuable know-how and experience from international capital
markets, private equity management and transaction-intensive sectors. In
addition, the proposals strengthen the Board's overall independence.
Mikael Nachemson has extensive Board experience, most recently as Executive
Chairman of the Russian-Ukrainian agricultural company Agrokultura AB. Today he
is adjunct Board Member of Acando AB and Board Member of RAM Rational Asset
Management AB. Prior positions include CEO of the investment companies Bure
Equity AB and AB Custos, and CEO of E. Öhman J:or AB.
Jenny Rosberg is the CEO of ROPA Management. Jenny has more than 25 years of
operational and international experience in the financial sector and the IT
sector. Prior positions include, among others, Senior Vice President at Nasdaq
OMX Group, Inc., Vice President of Nasdaq OMX Nordic Ltd. and Board Member of
the local Nordic exchanges. As Senior Vice President, she was responsible for
Europe and the business segments Global Corporate Client Group, Listings &
Capital Markets as well as Corporate Solutions.
Given that the Nomination Committee has decided to propose a Vice Chairman, and
in addition to what is stated in the Notice, the Nomination Committee proposes
that the remuneration to the Vice Chairman of the Board shall amount to SEK
550,000.
East Capital Explorer's Nomination Committee comprises Peter Elam Håkansson,
East Capital; Pia Axelsson, Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund; Pehr-Olof
Malmström, Danske Capital; Paul Bergqvist, Chairman of East Capital Explorer and
Mathias Pedersen, East Capital.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at IVA's Conference Center in Stockholm
on April 21, 2015.
