Stolt-Nielsen Limited Completes Bond Issues

LONDON, March 26, 2015 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced today
the successful placement of senior unsecured bonds in a total amount of NOK
1,100 million in a new 5-year bond issue carrying a coupon of 3M NIBOR plus
4.10%. The placement was oversubscribed.
The settlement date for the bonds will be April 8, 2015 and the maturity date
will be April 8, 2020. An application will be made for listing the bonds on the
Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as possible.
Net proceeds from the bond issues will be used for general corporate purposes.
Danske Bank Markets, DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Pareto Securities acted as
joint lead managers for the bond issue.
