The company total assets increased by 13% to $33,727,855 for the period ending December 31, 2014 as compared to $31,695,666 for the same period ending December 31, 2013.
The company total revenues increased by 67% to $886,928 for the period ending December 31, 2014 from $528,413 in revenues for the same period ending December 31, 2013.
The company asset value was $0.02c per share for the period ending December 31, 2014.
The company also announced that it has extended the Dutch Tender Offer until April 21, 2015, to provide for the transfer agent to become the depository agent and to co-ordinate with Depository Trust Company to provide for the electronic submission of offers.
