Lysander Funds Limited Offers Reduced Management Fees for Investors Purchasing Units for a Limited Period for Certain Funds
(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/27/15 -- Lysander Funds Limited ("Lysander"), the investment fund manager of Lysander-18 Asset Management Canadian Equity Fund, Lysander-Crusader Equity Income Fund, Lysander-Seamark Balanced Fund, Lysander-Seamark Total Equity Fund and Lysander-Slater Preferred Share Dividend Fund (collectively, the "Funds"), is offering a management fee reduction to investors who purchase Series A or Series F Units of any of the Funds from each such Fund's creation date through June 30, 2015, or such other date as Lysander in its sole discretion determines.
Investors who purchase units of the Funds in an account during the above period will be given a reduction in the management fee otherwise payable by the relevant Fund for so long as such units are held in that account. The reduction applies to any units purchased during the period and to any additional purchase of units of the same Fund(s) purchased by such investors in the same account outside of the above period.
The Founder's Discount cannot be combined with the management fee reduction on large investments.
The management fee reduction will be achieved by reducing the management fee charged by Lysander to the applicable Fund based on the net asset value of the units held by such investor and distributing the amount of the reduction in additional units of the same Series of that Fund to the investor. This change will be reflected in amendments to the simplified prospectus and annual information form of the Funds.
