Maydao Corporation Sets Deadline for Proposals
(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/11 -- Paul Roszel, Chairman and CEO of Maydao Corporation (OTCBB: MYDO) announced today that the deadline for receipt of proposals for merger, acquisition or financing has been set for the close of business on Friday August 5, 2011.
Serious expressions of interest to submit a proposal should be emailed to as soon as possible and must include full contact information as well as a brief summary of the intent or scope of the proposal. Proposals will be reviewed in order of receipt of the email indicating expression of interest.
In the event that no proposals have been reviewed and accepted by the Board of Directors of Maydao Corporation in advance of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the shareholders have been asked to vote on the dissolution of the Company.
The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Maydao Corporation will be held at The Little America Hotel, 500 South Main Street, Salt Lake City 84101 on Tuesday August 16, 2011 commencing at 10:00am MST.
