Mont Cervin withdraws Corporate Chamber inquiry request

Following constructive talks with Ordina N.V., Mont Cervin S.à.r.l. today
withdrew the request for an inquiry into Ordina it submitted to the Corporate
Chamber of the Amsterdam District Court, as announced on 12 November 2014. This
withdrawal has ended the inquiry procedure.
