(NASDAQ: AMD) is scheduled to hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 10 a.m. EDT at the Andaz Wall Street Hotel, 75 Wall St., New York, New York and on the Internet through a virtual meeting at .
