("Extenway" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: EY) is pleased to announce the filing of the Company' s financial statements for the quarter ended 31 January 2015, together with the related management discussion and analysis (MD&A). In the three months ended January 31, 2015 Extenway had sales of $ 349,954 and a net loss of $ 1,152, 361. In the three months ended January 31, 2014 Extenway had sales of $ 158,317 and a net loss of $ 1,101,132. In the nine months ended January 31, 2015 Extenway had sales of $ 1,084,433 and a net loss of $ 3,805,066. In the nine months ended January 31, 2014 Extenway had sales of $ 346,233 and a net loss of $ 3,440,666.
John McAllister, President and CEO, stated, "Interested parties are referred to our press release of March 25, 2015 which details our subsequent financing and conversion of debt into equity. We believe those transactions will strengthen the Company going forward."
Correction
Two errors were made in the press release issued by the Company on March 25: the amount of debt converted should have read as follows, $ 9,472,888.94 instead of $ 9,427,888.94. Also, options issued to certain officers were issued at a strike price of 0.13 $ and not $ 0.08 as mentioned in the press release.
