Navy SEAL and Lone Survivor Author Marcus Luttrell Joins CallidusCloud's C3 2015 Conference

Luttrell joins a powerful line up of visionary speakers led by CallidusCloud's president and CEO Leslie Stretch and featuring leading author and data scientist David McCandless.
Luttrell, whose story was dramatized in the 2014 film Lone Survivor, was part of a four-man team sent to take out a Taliban leader in June 2005. After a fluke run-in with herdsman alerted the local Taliban to their presence, the four SEALs engaged in a life or death firefight with a huge enemy force that encircled them. Three members of the team were killed; Luttrell, suffering from gunshot wounds and a broken back, managed to escape and was awarded the Navy Cross for his actions.
