Smarter Restrooms, Smaller Device: Visionstate Announces Mini-WANDA
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/08/15 -- Visionstate Inc, a division of Visionstate Corp has developed a new, smaller version of its smart restroom technology WANDA. Previous iterations of the Washroom Attendant Notification Digital Aid (WANDA) were 15 inch touchscreen computers, however Visionstate has added the compact 10 inch unit to the product line. The new hardware means more affordable pricing and large scale deployments, targeted to business and industry.
WANDA is a resource management touchscreen that allows guests to request service, managers to instantly receive notifications, staff to respond within minutes and record cleanings, and operations staff to easily generate reports online. The technology, mounted outside a restroom, allows cleaning operations to be better managed and become more efficient. Recently, an analytics dashboard was added to the reporting system that provides an in depth and interactive insight into restroom operations including scheduling, employee response times, request breakdowns, historical trends, and monthly comparisons.

The 15 inch screens are still available and tend to appeal to more public venues such as shopping centres and airports, as a larger screen catches guests' eyes easier and this size screen has an advertising banner.
