Middle Tennessee's Largest Independent Insurance Agency Expands With Five New Hires to Meet Comprehensive Client Needs
(firmenpresse) - NASHVILLE, TN -- (Marketwired) -- 04/13/15 -- The Crichton Group, Middle Tennessee's largest independent insurance agency, announced today that it is continuing its growth and advancing its service lines through the addition of five new employees to its team.
, has been named new benefits administration supervisor;
, has been named account manager in the construction unit;
has joined as an P&C account manager assistant;
, has joined as a new P&C account manager assistant; and
, has joined as new benefits administrator.

As a new benefits administrator supervisor, , will be leading the agency's new group benefits programs for clients. McKay brings more than 25 years of related experience to The Crichton Group. Previously, Beth served as a benefits manager for the Southern Land Company LLC for seven years. She is also a former director of operations/client & customer services for Health Cost Solutions, and has served as a claims manager with Vanderbilt Management Service Inc.
As an account manager, , will help lead this agency's risk management group. Corvin has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance market. Prior to this position, he served as an account manager with Anderson Benson Insurance & Risk Management. In addition, he previously worked for The Crichton Group as a risk management account manager for three years. He has also served as a commercial and personal lines account manager for the RLH Agency and as a commercial lines account manager with First Horizon Insurance Group.
As a P&C account manager assistant, , will support the agency's property and casualty insurance line. Pardue has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to this position, Pardue served as a marketing/sales development specialist with BB&T Insurance Services for 11 years. In addition, she spent four years with Gresham & Associates as a broker assistant and six years with Willis Corporation under various client and customer service roles.
As a new P&C account manager assistant, , will support the agency's risk management team with property and casualty insurance. Prior to joining the Crichton Group, Parker spent four years with Zurich North America in customer service/sales. In addition, she spent two years as an account manager with Johnson & Bryan Inc. and two years with Ace Westchester Fire Insurance Company as an underwriter assistant.
As a new benefits administrator, , will be responsible for planning and coordinating the operations for group benefits programs. Reynolds has two years of related experience. Prior to this positon, Hailey held roles at Aon Hewitt and Nextep Inc.
