There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening Thursday July 28, 2011, the common shares of Northcore Resources Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Big Red Diamond Corporation will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/ development company.
Capitalization: Unlimited number of common shares without par value of which 82,878,221 shares are issued and outstanding
