Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Simply Lids Inc. Requested to Quote on 6 Million Lids

Simply Lids, a Nevada corporation, has been requested by Armstrong Paper, a distributor of packaging supplies for the west coast of California, to quote on supplementing their existing line with the simply lid. Armstrong Paper currently distributes approximately 6 million hot beverage lids per year and will ramp up as distribution increases.
