TRENDnet Launches Video Analytics and License Plate Recognition Add-On Software
(firmenpresse) - TORRANCE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/14/15 -- , a best-in-class wired and wireless networking hardware brand, from ISC West 2015, launches video analytics and license plate recognition add-on software modules for TRENDnet Luxriot VMS software.
TRENDnet Luxriot VMS software offers advanced camera management, recording, search, and playback functionality. It supports all TRENDnet cameras and over 3,000 other cameras from over 100 brands. It's compatible with Windows and Windows Server operating systems and features Run as Service support. Four TRENDnet Luxriot VMS software packages are available: 4-Channel (TV-VMS004), 9-Channel (TV-VMS009), 16-Channel (TV-VMS016), and Unlimited-Channel (TV-VMS999) solutions.

TRENDnet Luxriot Analytics add-on modules enhance surveillance by monitoring and reporting the associated behavior of people, vehicles, and objects. Common applications include intruder/perimeter protection, theft detection, vehicle monitoring, crowd management, abandoned object recognition, and pedestrian/vehicle counting.

Supports up to 40 detection zones
An advanced lighting condition adaptive algorithm and support for night vision cameras provide 24-hour monitoring
Video stabilization technology allows the software to function effectively when receiving video from a swaying camera
Tamper Detection: recognizes loss of video due to a the camera being covered or excessive movement due to camera removal or redirection
Intruder Alert: recognizes and tracks intruders, vehicles, and other objects in an unauthorized zone
Disappearing Object: alerts users when a fixed object, such as art, is moved while ignoring other moving objects in the foreground
Appearing Object: detects objects which suddenly appear, such as a burglar coming out of hiding or breaking through a wall, ceiling, or floor
Abandoned Object: recognizes abandoned objects such as backpacks, boxes, and other objects which are not native to the viewing field
Loitering: detects loitering pedestrians in a defined surveillance zone
Object Classification: automatically identifies pedestrians, cars, trucks, and other defined objects -- sends an alert when an unauthorized object type is detected
Object Counts: counts pedestrians, vehicles, and other defined objects from multiple directions while ignoring other environmental conditions
Speed/Stopped Filters: detects when a vehicle/pedestrian is traveling faster or slower than the predefined speed thresholds or is stopped in a defined "No Stop" zone
Wrong Direction: recognizes if a vehicle/pedestrian is traveling in an unpermitted direction such as entering a restricted area through a designated exit
Advanced Search and Reporting: searches archives by event, object, object count, or time
