The share capital increase in connectionwith REC's rights issue has now been registered, and the new shareswill be tradable on Oslo Børs from today.Reference is made to the notice published by REC on July 17, 2009.The share capital increase in connection with REC's rights issue hasnow been registered with the Norwegian Register of BusinessEnterprises. Following the registration of the share capitalincrease, the Company's share capital is NOK 664,768,079 divided into664,768,079 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.The new shares will from and including today, July 23, 2009, betradable on Oslo Børs.
