Petaquilla Files Formal Civil Complaint Against Global Hunter Securities LLC

Filed an action against Global Hunter Securities, LLC in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York seeking in excess of one hundred million dollars in damages arising from Global Hunter Securities, LLC's alleged breach of a confidentiality agreement when Global Hunter Securities was involved in a $200M bond offering by Petaquilla in 2012. The company will continue to provide updates as warranted.
