Theravance to Report First Quarter 2015 Financial Results on May 6, 2015

(NASDAQ: THRX) announced today that it will report financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 after market close on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Theravance, Inc. is focused on maximizing the potential value of the respiratory assets partnered with Glaxo Group Limited (GSK), including RELVAR®/BREO® ELLIPTA® and ANORO® ELLIPTA®, with the intention of providing capital returns to stockholders.
