Dr. Xie Wei Min and Mrs. Regina Ip, GBS, JP are invited as the officiating guests and the opening ceremony will be followed by the alliance signing ceremony with the representative of Alliance of China Cross-Border E-commerce Industry Cooperation (ACCEIC).
