Here Are 3 Recipes to Help Burn Fat

(firmenpresse) - There are a lot of Fat Burning Recipes out there, and these ones are excellent. They're all super easy to make and also the whole family will enjoy them. Eat healthy and Live healthy with these 3 recipes.
1. High Protein Blueberry Pancakes
Make sure you follow along with the recipe, otherwise pancakes aren't the best fat burning food out there. If eaten wrong (notably store bought) pancakes may give rise to type 2 Diabetes, poor energy, additional body fat, cardiovascular disease and cravings.
Fixings
1 cup non-instant oats
7 egg whites
1 cup fat free cottage cheese (the pancakes do not taste like cottage cheese)
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tbsp Splenda
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
6 slices of turkey bacon
Instructions
Place everything but the Blueberries and Bacon into a blender, mix till smooth (approx. 60 seconds),
Add blueberries to the mixture. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook over medium heat.
Serve with 3 pieces of Bacon, and top off with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free Maple syrup.
2. Beef Stew
The dish only takes 15-20 minutes need to be cooked for at least 2 hours to make sure everything is cooked correctly.
Fixings
2 pounds of Beef Boneless or Chuck Beef Shank cut into 1x1 blocks
4 tablespoons of Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp of Flour
Onions that are 1 big or 2 small
3 medium Turnips cut into blocks
5 big Carrots
1 Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon dried Thyme (1 tbsp if fresh)
1 cup of Water
1 cup Red Wine
Salt and Pepper to season
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 300 F
Chop all meat and vegetables
In a 5 quart pot combine Steak, Flour, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, and Salt and Pepper (do not be frightened add a little additional)
Serve and enjoy.
3. Turkey Hamburger
A healthy alternative to oily Burgers. And they taste equally as good if not better.
Fixings
4 oz Low fat ground Turkey
1/4 cup Spinach
1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 Mushrooms chopped
1 tbsp of Organic Ketchup
Instructions
Cook on the barbecue or on the cooker.
If cooking on the stove spray pan with cooking spray. Cook each side until lightly browned, medium heat.
Serve using a side of Salad or Rice.
