International Millennium Mining Delayed in Filing 2014 Audited Financial Statements

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/01/15 -- International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IMI) (the "Company" or "IMMC") announces that the Company was not able to file its annual audited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certificates (collectively, the "Audited Financial Statements") on April 30, 2015, as prescribed by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations. The Company anticipates the filing of its Audited Financial Statements on or before May 22, 2015.
The securities regulatory authorities in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta, where the Company is a reporting issuer, may issue cease trade orders against the Company for failure to file the Audited Financial Statements within the prescribed time period.
The Company confirms that there are no insolvency proceedings against it as at the date of this news release. The Company further confirms that there is no other material information concerning the affairs of the Company that has not been generally disclosed as at the date hereof.
International Millennium Mining Corp.
