Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With Victory Fighting Championship

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with Victory Fighting Championship, plus certain rights to the brand and sponsorship representation.
Established in 2003 in Omaha, Nebraska, Victory Fighting Championship (VFC) became the state's top organization in a short time. Catering to mid-west cities including Kansas City and Denver areas, VFC has produced 34 shows that have featured former and current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) contenders such as Ben "Smooth" Henderson, Jason Brilz, Jake Ellenberger and Josh "The Dentist" Neer. This quality of fight rosters has made them known as one of the premier talent farming organizations in the sport of MMA.
