Strategic Finance Leader Joins Vestmark

Freitas is a dynamic financial leader with an impressive track record for growing technology companies and delivering sustained returns. This new executive hire joins as Vestmark continues its tremendous growth trajectory and surpasses over 1.5 million accounts managed on its SaaS offering. Christine Bodoin, former CFO of Vestmark, has become the company's Chief Administrative Officer, a role created to further support Vestmark's rapid expansion.
Freitas was most recently Vice President of Finance for the Interactive division at the Walt Disney Company. Through her finance and mergers & acquisition leadership, she helped the business drive significant revenue growth and shift to profitability. As CFO at Vestmark she will oversee Financial Planning, Corporate Development, Accounting, and Investor Relations, reporting to the CEO.
