Keith McGhee Joins AMERICAN SYSTEMS as Vice President/Director, Global Training and Development
Technology Training Expert to Bolster Growth and Business Opportunities

A 25-year industry veteran, McGhee will serve as the vice president and director of the Global Training and Development (GTD) Directorate and oversee this group's business development, financial management, and workforce management goals.
McGhee will be responsible for the identification and prosecution of new business opportunities and the execution of the programs within the GTD Directorate within AMERICAN SYSTEMS' Human Capital & Managed Services (HCMS) offering. In addition to business development, McGhee will oversee all activities related to program, project, and technical performance and contract, financial, and personnel management.

McGhee brings more than 25 years of multi-faceted experience in business development, consulting, and training management to his position at AMERICAN SYSTEMS. Prior to joining AMERICAN SYSTEMS, McGhee held senior positions at Valkyrie Enterprises, CACI International, and American Management Systems. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and earned Master's Degrees from Old Dominion University and the College of William and Mary.
