Auracle Resources Ltd. Commences Trading on TSX Venture Exchange
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/28/11 -- Auracle Resources Ltd. (the "Company") - The Company is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange "TSX.V" has accepted the Company's listing application (The Listing Application) and the Company's common shares are scheduled to commence trading on the TSX.V at the opening on July 29, 2011 under the trading symbol AAL.
Haywood Securities Inc. is the sponsoring broker for the Company's listing.
The Company currently has 25,702,380 common shares issued and outstanding of which 14,265,001 are subject to escrow restrictions, to be released as to 10% on the Listing Date and 15% every six months thereafter, all as described in the Listing Application.
