FRAMOS supports Doctors Without Borders and other charitable organisations
(PresseBox) - Civic engagement is of great importance to the image processing specialist FRAMOS. The family company based in Munich sponsors local artists, regularly supports humanitarian projects and organises day care centres and places in nurseries, on behalf of its employees.
FRAMOS has decided to send Christmas cards and customer information, etc. digitally in order to support the international aid organisation ?Doctors Without Borders?. Doctors Without Borders helps those who are most in need of support: people in need, victims of natural or man-made disasters, as well as armed conflicts.
Dr. Andreas Franz, CEO of FRAMOS: ?We have supported charitable organisations we believe in for a very long time, as for example ?Chancen durch Bildung e. V.? (Opportunities through Education). Alongside local initiatives and artistic involvement, we value the work done by Doctors Without Borders. I regard them as indispensable in the crisis areas of the world?.
As its next project, FRAMOS will again support the work of a young artist in 2015 by buying one of their pieces, within the framework of the Young Art Collection. This will complement the modern architectural design of the corporate head office in Taufkirchen with additional outstanding art.
